What counts as a session?
One visit by one person in one browser tab. A session can include many pages. It ends after 30 minutes without activity.
What happens when I reach my session limit?
Traffic stats keep counting. New recordings pause until the limit resets at midnight UTC, or until you move to a bigger plan. The dashboard warns you at 80% so it never comes as a surprise.
Do all my sites share one limit?
Yes. Sessions from all your sites count toward the plan's daily limit. You can lower the recording sample rate per site to make it last longer.
How does the free trial work?
Paid plans start with 14 days free. If you don't pick a plan by then, your account moves to the Free plan. You don't lose any data from the last 30 days.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from the billing page. Upgrades apply right away. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
